A number of Victims’ families,who their relatives were killed on Saudi strike air on the hall in Sana`a ,staged a mass protest in Yemen’s capital Sana’a.
The protesters denounced the United Nation`s complicity in US – Saudi Arabia’s war on Yemen, as well as the crime of the hall , one of the deadliest attacks in Yemen.
Large crowds of protesters, who gathered outside a Sana’a hotel where Cheikh Ahmed was staying, described him as embroiled with Saudi Arabia.
“Leave, leave Yemen,” the demonstrators chanted, “The UN and the Security Council are complicit in the killing of Yemenis,” read one of the banners at the protest.
Earlier , Human Rights Watch (HRW) said Saudi airstrikes on a funeral in the Yemeni capital constitute an apparent war crime, calling for an independent probe into the incident.
Yemen’s top governing body, society organizations, called on the United Nations (UN) and the Security Council to intervene in order to put an end to Saudi Arabia’s atrocious war.
