Ansarullah official spokesman, Mohammed Abdul Salam, condemned on Tuesday the assassination of the Russian Ambassador to Turkey, saying that the process is incompatible with the diplomatic norms and Islamic morality.
Abdul Salam said in a statement: “We express our condemnation of the assassination of the Russian ambassador in Turkey, which is incompatible with the diplomatic norms, Islamic and human morality.”
He added saying that the assassination of the Russian ambassador is, “a clear expression of organized extremism led by international intelligence agencies to keep Daesh and Al-Qaeda in the region and punish anyone who moves to a serious confrontation.”
The Russian Ambassador, Andrei Karlov, was assassinated on Tuesday night, while attending a photo exhibition in the Turkish capital Ankara. An armed man shot him but was then found to be a police officer.
